Has anyone accepted one of these as evidence? Our view on this is
that it is not acceptable in place of an SB warranty as it does not
actually state on the cert that it covers latent defects and the LP
did not request at part 1 that we consider an alternative to the
evidence as set out on the form. Just interested to hear from others
on this.
* A Self Build or Custom Build Warranty is a warranty and Certificate
of Approval issued by a Warranty provider which provides a 'latent
defects insurance' policy and which is accompanied by certified Stage
Completion Certificates (SCC) issued to the owner/occupier of the home
