Loss of ag PD rights if falls under 5ha after prior approval granted? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Prior approval was granted for erection of an agricultural building in 2020.  The application form stated the holding was 8ha in size.  By the point the building has started to be erected (i.e. right now) the holding has reduced down to 2ha in size.  The new holding size was declared in submission for an agricultural workers dwelling at the site.  Does their prior approval still stand?
