Section 106 on development already providing < £100k to local community

I'm about submit a planning application to renovate a former community facility into a single dwelling the proceeds of the sale ( < £100k ) are going into various local sports and community projects. Is there any way I can use the large amount of community investment being generated to negotiate a reduced section 106 payment. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I would suggest talking to planning officers at the local planning authority as this sounds like quite a specific situation and not one that could be covered by general experiences elsewhere. S.106 contributions are something to be negotiated, so I'm sure the planning officers would be able to listen and advise you.
