Government issue new statutory guidance for CIL - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

This guidance should be complied with in terms of the setting and operation of the Levy. The guidance sets out the process of setting a CIL, and the evidence required and outlines the linkages between the relevant plan, CIL , s106 obligations and spending of the CIL on infrastructure.
