Planning Dissertation - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I am a Building Surveyor Currently in my 5th year of a part time degree at the University of Greenwich and am writing my Dissertation on the Planning System. I am looking for people with knowledge of the Planning System, Housing and Section 106 agreements to help me by filling out a questionnaire, it should not take to much time.
