Section 106 - Cross boundary Impacts

We are looking for examples of how local planning authorities have dealt with cross boundary impacts arising from developments that would impact on the infrastructure, services and facilities outside of the Council's administrative area in an adjoining Council. We are particularly interested to find out if any adjoinig Councils working cooperatively have any extablished protocols and processes for drawing up Section 106 agreements between the various parties. Grateful for any information or help.

Re: Section 106 - Cross boundary Impacts

I think the greater Manchester conurbation authorities work closely together. - you might want to give them a try. I am interested in anyone working on CIL delivery protocols so if any authorities are working on CIL together - give me a shout.
