Maidstone Borough Council would like to invite you to contribute to an important benchmarking study. This will help determine the reasonable expectations of an enforcement service in terms of outcomes and efficiency. All you need to do is to complete the attached spreadsheet. First chose a range of dates to which your data applies (maybe all 05-06 or data available so far for 06-07. The only thing that matters is that the data you enter elsewhere in the sheet applies to the same period. The places where you enter data are the grey boxes and the blue ones are the key measures that will be compared. It doesn’t matter if you can’t complete all the grey boxes, just fill in where you can.
