Enforcement Appeal Decision - No Further Action

What is the correct decision type for this in terms of correctly completing PS1/2 returns? We have received a "decison" on an enforcement appeal of "No Further Action". Back ground as follows: Enforcement notice served with compliance due date. No compliance at time of due date. Enforcee submitted an appeal against the enforcement but has now complied with the requirements of the notice. We presume this should be recorded as a withdrawal so as not to affect the count of appeals determined in favour or against the Council but the decision expressly says "no further action" and has therefore technically not been withdrawn. We haven't come across such a decision before and do not know whether we need to set up an additional decision type in our back office system or whether our system suppliers need to code this decision type into the automated statutory returns. Has anyone else come across this situation?
