I have two static caravans on an approved static home park which have erected large conservatories attached to static homes. One of them has built conservatory which rests on the brick skirt around it and we concluded pp was required, they applied and we refused, they appealed and then withdrew. This is where I have picked up the file. They are out of time to appeal against refusal and i am left with having to serve notice. Next door have erected a similar conservatory on their static home which has been constructed on an extended chassis, this also has a brick skirt. I have checked definition of a caravan and other advice in practice notes and am a bit confused. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation that could give me some advice. ? I have no photos as they are pre- digital days.
