Recent excavations to replace/improve drainage in a field in my village and future levelling and regrading for the stationing of farm machinery is, I am lead to believe, permitted under agricultural permitted development. As the owner has 38 acres of farm land and the future levelling and regrading for the stationing of farm machinery will take place within 25 metres of a classified road then this is surely not in accordance with the Town & Country Planning Order 1995 - Class A Development of units of 5 hectares or more? I'd be very grateful if someone could confirm that the Town & Country Planning Order 1995 does prevent any such development within 25 metres of a classified road. Many thanks.
