enforcement staffing levels - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I seem to recall that a document/questionnaire was circulated around London Council's some time ago which included questions about staffing levels within enforcement teams. I was wondering if this was ever presented in a report that has since been published? Alternatively, I was wondering if there are any statistics out there in the ether which outline current (or recent) levels of staffing in enforcement teams? Any information would be helpful.
