As you probably all know, the new part 1 of the GPDO comes into force on October 1st. We're putting together a small team for a day to update the 'expert system' scripts to reflect the new legislation. Depending on when the final words come to us, it's likely to be week commencing 1st or 8th September. I was hoping that a planning enforcement officer would join us. The ones I've met in the past seem to be extremely pragmatic and well-versed with the messier side of smallscale developments. If you are legally literate and able to explain the GPDO in plain English then you'd be an asset. Can't promise much in return for your time - we'll feed you, put you up if required and give you some kind of honourable mention.
