HMO's managed by Educational Establishments - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

The new Class C4 HMO use gives exemptions to properties occupied by students which are managed by educational establishments. In Bournemouth we have taken the view that private houses rented to and managed by the local University are exempt and can be occupied by up to 6 students. Does anyone else have a similar or contrary view please ?
