Does anyone have a template for the revocation of a LDC? I have undertaken the report, letter to owner with 14 days to respond etc. but can't find a suitable template for the revocation itself.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Schedule 8 has the suggested form for a LDC http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2010/2184/schedule/8/made I suggest that you adapt the format for refusal / withdrawn / revocation of the certificate ? delete / adding where required. Nicola, as this is such a serious matter, surely you should be taking advice from your legal department and asking them to draft the revocation document. Apart from any other content, the revocation document should state, in detail, why a satement that was made in the certificate application is considerd to be "false in a material particular" and/or what "material information" was considered to have been witheld.
