Just a thought on the governments recent foray into advertising with the trailer adverts relating to immigration . It was always my understanding that if the principal function of a vehicle was to advertise, such as trailer adverts vans, are they not advertisements which require consent and if this is the case if no consent has been granted are the adverts not illegal
