Hi all, In case you haven't seen it already, the above amendment Statutory Instrument (which was a draft document for some time) came into force on 06/04/2013: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/798/contents/made The above amendment SI inserts various provisions into The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations 2012 relating to "business referendums". These include provisions relating to definitions (i.e. "business referendum" versus "residential referendum"), the information to be made available, referendum expenses, the rules for the business voting register, and the rules for the conduct of business referendums. The above amendment SI also inserts references to the “High Court” into the sections relating to “Orders for production of documents”. Thanks, Steve
