This post from Lyndsey Beveridge was originally made in another forum, but as this seems very topical, we have moved it to create a new discussion thread. I understand that when we publish the Core Strategy we may now get a visit from PINs to discuss NPPF conformity of the plan (not any other aspects as per the previous 'advisory visits'). Has anyone had experience of one of these visits? and would you be willing to share your notes of the Inspector's comments as I understand there is no formal report produced so its just whatever notes officers take at the time.
