I am posting this message to ask you to participate in our 2012 topical information gathering survey. We, CarbonPlan, would greatly value your input. With the Localism Bill and NPPF requiring LPA’s to re-examine their policy documents to bring them into conformity with national policy, we would like to understand better the capacity and capabilities of LPA to perform the seemingly expanding remit of their work. We have sent the survey to LPA’s and county councils across England to gather a national impression of the work ongoing in Planning Departments. To capture a more detailed image of the ongoing work in Planning Departments we would like to get those who haven't received an email from us to undertake the survey.
