We at Baildon Parish Council are taking part in a trial of electronic notification of applications. We no longer receive paper copies of plans but get an email with document attached that has a link to the application on Public Access. Reviewing the application using Public Access is Ok but preparing for a meeting with say 90 files needed is not straightforward. We will not use internet access during the meetings. I have designed a system that automatically downloads all the files and creates a meeting index for all applications for review. What was an hour or so work can now be done in 5 minutes but it relies on Public Access staying the same. What do other people use to prepare for meetings?
