Space Standards guidance

Do you know of any recent examples of Dwelling Space Standards guidance? We have just started to prepare one for Worthing Borough Council and it would be good to have a look at some recent examples.

The Mayor of London has one in his draft Housing SPG - here http://www.london.gov.uk/shaping-london/london-plan/docs/housing-spg-eip-draft.pdf As you may know, he is looking to introduce mandatory space standards for private and public housing

Mid Sussex adopted an SPD in July 2009

We have just completed a final consultation on an SPD giving guidance, including space standards, for the conversion of properties for residential use. This has been written with a view to the particular problem of guest house oversupply leading to HMO's and consequent unsustainable social issues.
