Hello, We are looking into LDF policies / Development Management good practice on how to protect against the loss of public houses where deemed a 'community facility'. I just wondered if any others (especially in urban areas / London Boroughs) had any good pointers or advice on this issue? I've so far considered: - Use Classes Order / GPDO for movement from A4 to other A uses - PPS4 inclusion of PHs within town centre uses, thus 'economic development' - Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA)'s Public House Viability Study - Community Right to Buy (from Localism Bill and DCLG paper published today) Any thoughts would be appreciated.
