Definitive 'Master List' of current planning legislation? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi, Do LPAs have access to a definitive 'Master List' of currently valid planning legislation (and possibly important law cases) that they can refer to? If not it must be quite tricky to avoid referring to documents which have quietly been withdrawn or updated. The same applies to the introduction of new items of legislation : is there a formal process to inform LPAs of new law - especially 'minor' items? Thanks, Richard
