Consultation Software - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We are considering new ways of collecting and processing consultation responses on all our LDF documents. I would be grateful to hear from anyone who uses Inovem. We've had a sales presentation from them recently and it's being sold as a very user friendly system, both for members of the public and from the Council's perspective. However, I'd like to hear of any difficulties that anyone has had with it and also any views of the support that they offer. Thanks.
