A number of LA’s in Nottinghamshire are going to undertake a new GTAA and so we are currently looking at the methodology. I am just interested if anyone else is looking at carrying out a new GTAA? if so, what is the approach you are taking when trying to calculate a number of figures that are quite crucial in informing both need and supply? The areas I am interested in are; a. Turnover of existing sites in areas where there is a no public provision in the area b. Household formation c. Concealed households and; d. Need for site based accommodation from Gypsies and Travellers in housing We have few ideas how to identify this, but at the minute we are not sure of doing a survey, so I am interested in the approach others are taking. Also, be interested to see what approach others are taking for calculating the 5-15 year supply. Thanks
