Anything important being announced on 24th March?

Hi, I saw a post somewhere which hinted at something important happening planning-wise on 24th March. Any ideas what this might be? (The NPPF 12-month timeout period ends on Match 27th so I don't think it is that)

24 March is a Sunday this year so I wouldn't expect much in the way of announcements and this will hardly make the earth shake but ... It would be the first day after the timeout period for the companion to the NPPF, Planning Policy for Traveller Sites, which was published four days ahead of the NPPF. (In case my LGA details have not updated to the PAS web site yet, I am at Hambleton DC.)
