Objection letters on web sites: Post decision

Can anyone point me in the direction of guidance (which I recall was published in the last couple of years) about good practice in dealing with objection letters on web sites (might also apply to Part 2 of the Regsiter as well). I seem to recall that the advice was that after an application had been decided letters should be taken off or hidden from view but I can't seem to track this down. Any advice would be welcomed. We changed our practice at the time to conform but have recenbtly been critricised for doing this.

See attached link, appendix 3 is a useful summary/advice of what documents should be available on the internet and when.

Evelyn, thank you for pointing me to the PARSOL document which is helpful. I note however that it is dated 2006 and I am sure that there has been some more recent advice on this which I will try to track down.

Thanks

David
