As Chris says, the fee is £80.
For info, the above fee was introduced by the following Statutory Instrument, which sets out that (from 01/10/2013) a fee of £80 is payable for an application under any Part of the GPDO 1995 relating to development that involves making a material change of use. In practice, this corresponds to an application for prior approval under Schedule 2 Part 3 of the GPDO 1995.

However, the above fee is not payable where the same applicant on the same day makes an application for planning permission (for which a fee is payable) on a site that includes buildings or land that are the subject of the application for prior approval.
