Self build monitoring of permissions - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi,

I was wondering if any other authorities which do not have CIL are monitoring permissions granted for self-build plots currently? and if so how they are going about this without looking at the CIL exemption certificates?

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
