CIL Spending Legal Agreement - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi all,

We are now accepting and approving bids for the spending of CIL and want to set up a legal agreement for each case so as to ensure the funds are spent in the appropriate way etc.  Do any on you have such agreements and if so would you be willing to share this with Three Rivers to give us an idea of wording.
