Hello,

 

I am trying to pull together any evidence I can find on Local Development Orders and their efficacy in delivering employment sites - specifically on Enterprise Zones.

 

Is anyone aware of any research or evidence on the effectiveness of LDOs? I can only find this piece of PAS research from a few years ago: https://www.local.gov.uk/sites/default/files/documents/report-use-value-money-an-c1c%20%281%29.pdf
