I welcome any one pointing me to any officers report/s and/or advise that include the following:
"Members are under a duty to consider the potential financial benefits of certain developments when deciding whether or not to grant planning permission and that officer reports to planning panels should show such financial benefits".
(BTW I am trying to find the source of the above duty but it is reasonably apparent it is a government directive).
Do the financial benefit not only include such as CIL payments but also financial benefits for such as local builders etc and use of local suppliers.
