The Right to Build Task Force is running a masterclass on local plans on Weds 28th June. The experience with LP policies is bedding in and a lot of common reps and MIQs are being seen now. Three dragons will be speaking about evidence (demand assessment and viability) - sadly there are still SHMNAs who are not addressing self/custom build appropriately as per NPPF 62 & NPPG. Yours truley will take you on whistle stop tour of recent local plans, and Homes England self comissioned housing unit will talk about moving to delivery. We're also inviting officers who've been on the sharp end of exams or implementing polcies to share a few experiences.
