don't know if anyone can help me. I have obtained a certificate of lawful use for my mobile home. It was sited on a a horticultural site with a greenhouse 90' x 20' still there albeit in a poor condition. My question is I outlined the site location in red, incorporating the greenhouse and surrounding 3/4 acre. Subsequently she gave me the certificate on the grounds of probability that I had lived there for more than 10 years, 8 years paying council tax.
on receiving the certificate I read the online version of the officers report and she has placed the caravan in the south west corner of the site, eventhough consultation
with planning oficer, who left before I lodged my application knew that I wished to move the mobile to where the existing greenhouse is sited, after its removal of course.
What course of action is available to me now so that I can move my mobile to a more sunny position and make use of the surrounding land as a garden.
