Unable to respond to post
For some reason it is not possible to respond to Robert Fell's post re the All In Tender Price Index for CIL.
The issue that Robert raises has been aired on the Forum at length in the past and I have expresed my views. I had hoped that this years amendments to the CIL Regs would address the problems surrounding the indexation provision but no such luck!
Tony - Sorry about this. The K Hub web people have now fixed this bug. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

It's again not possible to reply to some posts.
Grr. Thanks for posting, Tony. It's been fixed again. I've been told the K Hub people will be keeping an eye on it.

I am not able to add to my post on CIL Self build relief on extensions and annexes. I seem to have an 'Actions' box that none of the other posts have?
