Sourcing independent Examiners

Can anyone refer me to a source where I can get quotes for a non-PINS appointed independent examiner for CIL? From the research I have done, there is plenty of information for neighbourhood plans and a referral service for examiners of neighbourhood plans, but nothing I can see for LPA's who want to competively tender for such services.

I have not come across anyone using anyone else but PINs - I think the thought is too risky. There was talk from some legal firms about doing examination when CIL first came in but I don't think anything came of it. But I will be interested to know if there are any out there. But definitely not a competitve environment.
