A video by AI Revolution details how Microsoft’s AI Copilot interacts with Excel. This video gives you a good overview of the types of tasks that Microsoft envisage Copilot undertaking in the future. This video is most probably a paid advertisement from Microsoft as it outlines the features in the style of a product demonstration without addressing any negatives. But still provides a good overview of Copilot's intended functionality.

Before buying into everything this tech demonstration says be sure to review independent reviewers like Luke Burousse who also address the negatives – like its inability to use big data sets without freezing, lacklustre results with prompts and the advertised Python integration is not working.
