As part of the strategic plan for 2020 – 2030 the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service include a using technology well section, located on page 27 of the strategy document. This section provides insight into the digital and hardware requirements a fire service needs such as GPS, CCTV for the fire engines and thermal imaging software to analyse fires.
