This is a copy of the draft (I think it will always be in draft form) of our internal AI Steering group ToRs.

We have 8 members who meet once a month. The main responsibiltiy of the group is to act as a sounding board for decisions about AI usage in our organisation. 

(They’ve just helped balance the enthusiasm for a larger Copilot rollout with some realism around our need to communicate the environmental impact so people can make an informed choice).
