Started initially at Leeds City Council sharing and publishing data with its delivery partners. Supported by ODI Leeds - a pioneer node of the Open Data Institute. It was created to explore and deliver the potential of open innovation with data at city scale. We work to improve lives, help people and create value. Now operates more broadly sharing and publishing data from a large number of northern local government organisations and their partners.
