In 2018 Sedgemoor District Council embarked upon an ambitious initiative to completely overhaul its digital delivery capabilities within the council. Focus was on efficiency, optimising processes, joining-up services and databases and deploying a single (but modular) platform through a carefully designed procurement specification.
