East Riding of Yorkshire Council has developed in Bridlington one of the best leisure facilities in the country. Using Building Information Modelling (BIM), the project team has successfully delivered this flagship scheme to cost and ahead of schedule and has been awarded ‘BIM project of the Year’ and ‘Best of the Best’ by Constructing Excellence.
