One of Cornwall Council’s four target outcomes from 2022 is to be an empowering and enterprising organisation in which its Customer Philosophy sets out an ambition that its services are ‘Digital by Design and Accessible by All’. To achieve that it has set out this strategy document with the ambition to deliver lower cost, higher quality services by optimising its operations, continuously seeking to improve customer experience and the services it provides. It aims to fundamentally improve services by harnessing existing and emerging technologies. This will require changes to technology, but also wider changes to the skillset of staff, relationships between colleagues, partners and the Cornish community, and ways of working.  This document is an exemplar in how to describe these ambitions and communicate them to the wider audience.
