Reliability: This project is led by Leeds City Council, who partnered with Birmingham City Council, Dorset Council, Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Norwich City Council and TechResort CIC. It is also supported by a few organisations, such as DXW (a digital agency that works exclusively with public and third sector organisations), and funded by Local Government Association’s Digital Pathfinders Programme.
